BOOKINGS POLICY
Tables are allocated on arrival and no specific tables can be guaranteed. Tables are booked for the duration specified at time of booking.
Tables are held for 10 minutes from booking time so please do let us know if you're running late by phoning 01424 423608.
For tables over 6 we may require card authentication of £10pp to confirm your booking. In the event of no shows payment will be taken.
We also now require a £10pp deposit for groups 8 and over, to cover us for late cancellations or no shows which unfortunately were becoming too frequent. Each attending guests deposit will then be taken off of the bill, accordingly. Bookings are not confirmed until this deposit has been received. Please always notify us in advance if your group size has changed. Deposits will be taken off only per person attending, unless we have been notified more than 72 hours before the booking of a group size change.
Regretfully, we ask guests not to bring celebration cakes. If cakes are brought, we have had to introduce a ‘cakeage’ service charge which will be added per person, to cover the cost of plating/ serving the cake, the waiter's time, washing the plates and cutlery etc. It also helps offset the loss of sales from our own desserts.
